Fixes a weird issue with the volume wheel where it drops low unexpectedly.
It seems HCR has issues if you send volume level commands too fast. So this adds a delay between calls.

When the HCR receives volume commands too fast, it doesn't appear to handle that well. So a delay has been added between commands to allow for processing time for each channel. Also added another config option for the channel controls.
