…o update final_ret. initialize g_api_return to final_ret in pre hooks as well, so plugins can get the current function return value at any time

Added functionality to check again for result after each _Post call and further set the return value if the QMM result is QMM_OVERRIDE or QMM_SUPERCEDE. Currently-stored return value is available to pre calls as well now.
