High-confidence follow-up: this PR looks aligned with issue #398 (docs/core/approval-first-workflow.md). I also checked the similarly named usecases/approval-first-workflow.md, and it still has no YAML frontmatter, so open issue #454 remains outstanding and will need a separate PR.

That distinction seems worth keeping explicit because the two paths are easy to mix up.
