Archetype for CS5004

1. Archetype source code under assignment
2. Files needed during the use of the archetype are in the root folder of this repo, e.g. rules.xml is used by PMD
3. The branch mvn-repo contains the build artifacts of the archetype. That is the repo that maven will use to download the archetype to the users machine
