Changed some of the input check logic in operator_ext_lumpedRLC.cpp, as discussed previously.
Added example file: python/Examples/MSL_With_RLC_LE.py. This allows comparing on a smith chart an analytical RLC impedance with the simulated one. Since "naive" de-embedding is used
there is some deviation, on top of a myriad of other issues. I guess a more fair comparison would be to compare against CST, but that's for a different day.
