I'm unsure about this change. It feels like there should be a corresponding change on the server side (e.g. get rid of the But it is an overall improvement. |

Right, forgot about the interaction of Marwyn when playing Alliance, that is one too many card pile beneath the agenda... |

Don't merge yet until we can think through this more, re: Alliance decks and whether there should be more of a server side fix instead.

make the card pile for cards under the player´s agenda not only visible when the Conclave agenda is played but also when there are cards in that pile
