better-sqlite pnpm package says it requires 'the latest version of python'. Throwing in python3Minimal seems to make it happy enough.
unsure if this is actually used, I think the whole process compose part could maybe just be tossed out though.

I am still testing this. Sorry for the delay, I am not very good at this library so it can be a bit of a headscratcher at times. It's pretty great though!
