Swap write-skill example output to competitor-overview#79

Conversation
Replace the fictional Write Collection Descriptions example with the actual Research Your Competitors skill. The old example scripted dialogue, numbered internal steps, and had an "Important Behaviors" section. The competitor-overview demonstrates the newer, lighter authoring style: loose conversation flow, no scripted dialogue, depth proportional to evidence rather than a rigid template. Replace the fictional Write Collection Descriptions example with the actual Research Your Competitors skill. The old example demonstrated over-prescribed patterns (scripted dialogue, numbered internal steps). The competitor-overview shows the lighter authoring style we want new skills to follow.
