Adds an optional persistent volume claim for a backup-volume.
When enabled, this volume is bound to every Pod in the StatefulSet (s3 buckets are also equally available from all pods) and environment variables to configure pgbackrest accordingly are generated and injected.
I've provided a sample configuration in
charts/timescaledb-single/values/pgbackrest_backupvolume.example.yaml
