Blackbook and Graybook are in various states of broken. This is my attempt to get things working on the site that we're running.

Current state of affairs:

CSV - works, reads from Thunderbird and Outlook formats at least.
GMail - works

Yahoo - ???
AOL - ???

Hotmail - doesn't work
