Added two workflows which will only run on the main repository (tinify/wordpress-plugin)
Soft Release
Triggered when a commit is pushed to master. Master is protected so should only come from PR merges. Then runs https://github.com/10up/action-wordpress-plugin-asset-update which updates the assets. Assets for us are currently only the readme.txt but soon we will be adding a preview blueprint and some more screenshots.
Release
Triggered when a release tag is published. Runs https://github.com/10up/action-wordpress-plugin-deploy which adds the tag to VCS repository and updates the assets in it.
Both only target
tinify/wordpress-plugin.
