Based on https://progressbar-2.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ and @BookWorm0 comment on tokland#284 This should fix the issue with missing progressbar. Tested on Ubuntu 16.04 with Python 3.5

Would love to see more test on this because on my case, at the end of the progress bar, it prints the stats twice as shown below

This should fix the issue with missing progressbar.
Tested on Ubuntu 16.04 with Python 3.5
