Feature Enhancements with Logging and Documentation Updates

This pull request introduces several feature enhancements in the codebase. Key changes include:

• Updated greeting in engine.py to reflect a new sign-off format.
• Introduced a new multiplication helper function.
• Adjusted logging level from 'INFO' to 'WARN' and enhanced the logger format.
• Appended -feature to the version returned by compute_version.

In handbook.md, the coding standards and release process documentation were updated to include more detailed instructions. Notably, terms were clarified in Chapters 2, 5, and 6 to align with current practices.

In pipeline.sql, the data retrieval and revenue aggregation queries were modified to ensure accurate results, including new conditions and ordering to the SQL statements. The finalization process was also updated to use alternative analysis.

These changes aim to improve code readability, maintainability, and consistency across the project.
