This PR adds a new section to README.md with a lighthearted joke. It introduces a "New Joke" heading and the line:
Why did the database administrator break up with SQL?
Because they found a better
JOIN.The change is purely in documentation, with no code changes or tests affected. It preserves the existing formatting and appends the joke after the current content.
