Implement core backend API controllers, database migrations, and initial frontend screens to recover ModMaster Pro from its broken state.
This PR addresses the "Emergency Recovery" phase, restoring essential build systems by recreating
package.jsonfiles, implementing all primary backend controllers (Auth, Vehicle, Part, Scan, User, Payment), creating database migration files for the entire schema, and building the foundational authentication and home screens for the mobile app. It also sets up critical configuration, utility, and middleware files to enable basic functionality and prepare for further development.
