Labcore msmt tools merge

Incoming changes from measurement-tools:

• qcuiuc_measurement
  • Analysis:
    • common_fits -> Moved to labcore.analysis.common_fits
    • data -> moved to labcore.analysis.common_fits
    • fitting -> moved to labcore.analysis.fitting
    • plotting -> moved to labcore.plotting.basics
    • resonators -> Stay where they are
    • qubits -> Stay where they are
  • file_tools: -> The entire sub-module now lives on a private repo that I host. I don't think this should be living in measurement_tools anymore, specifically because we are now doing a different way of copying things
  • opx_msmt: Changed name to just msmt to hold vna measurements files too
  • opx_tools:
    • config -> moved to labcore.opx.config
    • machines -> moved to labcore.opx.machines
    • sweep -> moved to labcore.opx.sweep
    • mixer -> Stays the same, should we move mixers as well even though it does make more assumptions of the setup and the code is not as clean but for the sake of keeping everything in one spot?
  • setup_measurements -> moved to labcore.setup.setup_measurements
  • setup_notebook_analysis -> moved to labcore.setup.setup_notebook_analysis
  • setup_opx_measurements -> moved to labcore.setup.setup_opx_measurement
  • vna -> moved to measurement_tools.msmt
