Direct companion to #1388. I prioritized back-compatibility with
MeanSD(); if that's not needed, we could simplify the implementation a bit (e.g. if the order of rows and/or columns in the output doesn't matter, and/or if it's fine to use a suffix likeMEANfor themean()columns).
