The main goal is coverage of lift.formula and ggplot.lift, which use
ddply().As in other related PRs, the tests are mostly generated by Gemini. In this case, it got a bunch of stuff wrong, so I just deleted many mistaken tests; I made sure that the resulting tests provide coverage of the
ddply()calls, that's about it.
