#### Ubuntu 18.04 LTS in Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)
Running the travis command line client (e.g. `travis --help`) may crash with a verbose core dump to the console followed by a note saying "You may have encountered a bug in the Ruby interpreter or extension libraries.". Try uninstalling the travis Ruby gem with `gem uninstall travis`, running the Ubuntu/Debian Linux command `sudo apt install make gcc` and reinstall the travis gem.
