The Ontology for Mobile Sensing Integration is a machine- and human-readable vocabulary of entities assessed in mobile sensing datasets and their interrelations. The ontology contains formalizations of:
- Mobile sensing recordings (phone sensor data and Ecological Momentary Assessments), platforms for their collection and attributes of these.
- Theoretical constructs proposed by the Interpersonal Theory of Suicide and the Integrated Motivational-Volitional model of suicidal behavior.
The OMSI ontology imports:
- original_ontologies/sosa.ttl
- original_ontologies/time.ttl
- extractions/mfoem_bot.owl
- extractions/go_bot.owl
- merges/mf.owl
- merges/schema.owl
The imported modules are obtained using the ROBOT tool and the extract_terms.sh script.
