I'd like to get this working once again for posterity's sake, but I am planning on deprecating this library in favor of Mix.Config as it has numerous advantages over using yaml for Elixir configuration--namely distribution and hot swapping. If you'd care to get the test suite passing I'll merge this last change and release a final working version on hex prior to ending support.

Oops, should have checked. I have essentially created a duplicate PR. :/

I'll have a look at the failing tests.
