Polling for chatops. Node.JS is required to be installed.

To start your new Phoenix application:

1. Install dependencies with mix do deps.get, deps.compile
2. Install javascript dependancies with npm install.
3. Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phoenix.server

Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.
