add relative time methods with relevant tests

• missing more rigorous testing with specific edge cases
• missing proper translations in greek and english [DONE]
• however the general structure for now is working properly
• we had to disect into specifc units and proceed accordingly

To avoid code duplication and align with the project's structure, I had to create separate files for translations for each language. The duplication error was instantly gone.
