Why I did it
Mellanox SerDes team updated the SI value of a specific attribute (idriver). To align with our SerDes team’s requirements and achieve the most optimized configuration for the SerDes side under software control, media_settings.json needed to be updated accordingly.

How I did it
On Mellanox platform only, I updated sn5600's media_settings.json with the following change for the 100G application:
idriver: 50 (0x00000032) → 55 (0x00000037).
