This PR adds the benchmark behavior used in our reproduction runs:\n\n- refill-loop execution mode to maintain target concurrency\n- robust first-token detection for TTFT\n- improved throughput/latency accounting and summaries\n- explicit handling for missing/failed points\n\nUsed by downstream vLLM/SGLang reproducibility docs and Slurm scripts.
