Modify function project pseudotime to cell

The modifications aim at two goals:

1. Remove the check that enforces the input to contain probability values, and instead allow the user to choose which values to project.
2. Exclude pseudobulks with NA values when projecting back to the cell level.

These modifications should resolve the issue when using Slingshot.
