- Added initial config functionality
- Disqus implemented in config
- Removed "s" from "Discussions"
- Attempted to write head and span tags in disqus.js script and in it's own disqusHead.js script so that Discussion text and icon would be hidden when it wasn't setup, however, I could not get it to work so it is just commented out in the disqus.js file for now.
