This repo includes the code to calculate the probability scores of HCMV viral signature

- data_example: example data from new samples
- scripts: code to calculate viral scores as described in https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.09.12.22279849v1 and calculate the new score for newly available samples and compare
