feat: implements subpages for creation and deletion commands
feat: adds functionality to progress bar
Summary
Closes #70
-created array called data to store information to be displayed for each command
-created variable called page to keep track of subpages and display the correct one
-created callable fuctions increasePage and decreasePage to handle display changes upon clicking nav buttons
Test Plan
-ran app using yarn start, clicked nav buttons on creation and deletion section to ensure everything works as expected
