feat(status): improve status dashboard resources

Summary

• Refresh the status dashboard header, overview cards, and loading skeleton with clearer operational hierarchy
• Add a system resources section for Docker stats and improve umplesync compiler details/log presentation
• Add status badge icons and expanded status handling for resource and error states
