…n undefined variable test. Instead of writing invalid python we raise an exception here, this results into the same behavior and keeps the linters happy.

Commits and PR's against dev branch will now also trigger the launch of the uweb3tests server and its unittests/system tests.
Currently the tests do not pass because there is a bug in uweb3 where calling _loadForeign on a model class with a non-default __CONNECTOR specification will result in a cross-database join.
In this case the sqlite fish record is joined on the MYSQL tank record.
