Explore the idea of caching the release validation to speed up subsequent executions of Chisel.
Adopt a very simple approach to build a "release digest".
Store the cached validation in the release directory. It will then be cleaned when the cached released is refreshed.
Track the validation logic version with a dedicated constant. This can be simplified by relying on the Chisel version.
