You need AstCTI (Asterisk CTI) or ctiSVR (Avaya CTI) installed with licenses in order to make this module works with SuitCRM.
Zip all files in the root directory, upload the file to SuiteCRM using the Admin Load Module function.
Once the module is loaded, configure the IP address and port number of AstCTI or ctiSVR server. Also, configure the extension of each user.
