Updating for latest 1.1.0 release.
Quick Note - The new installers (expect windows) are pre-loaded with runtime dependencies so the uo client does not need to install ruby gem dependencies when running a scenario. Windows has an issue that needs further investigation to allow for this behavior.
Installers have been posted and added to the GitHub release.
