Summary

Throwaway test PR. Adds one inert Python file so we have a public PR to load in Devin Review while verifying the fix in usacognition/devin-webapp#19284 (sidebar section cards disappearing when a new commit is pushed).

Test procedure:

1. Load this PR in Devin Review on a local dev server running the devin-webapp#19284 fix branch
2. Wait for Lifeguard analysis → section cards visible in sidebar
3. Push a second commit to this branch while the page is open
4. Verify section cards stay visible (don't auto-switch to file tree / progress view) when polling picks up the new running job

Why this repo: first-agent is public (Devin Review loads public PRs without the GitHub app) and accessible via git-manager, unlike Devin-Party/test-repo.
