Added Editor Settings

Added:
New editor settings preferences tab with a toggle for:
- line wrapping
- line numbering
- auto close brackets

This is also my first time contributing to open source and I don't normally code in js/react so, even though it is a small change, I apologize for any weird thing and all feedback is welcomed. I just really wanted this feature while using the tool.
