Adds Cloudflare Container configuration to enable deployment and local development via Wrangler.
This PR sets up the project to be deployed as a Cloudflare Container, leveraging the existing Dockerfile. It includes a
wrangler.tomlfor configuration, a Worker shim for local proxying duringwrangler dev, and updated scripts and documentation to guide the user through the new workflow.
