PR Summary

This pull request makes extensive improvements to the AI governance training content and UI presentation. Changes include:

  • Updates to theme settings across multiple .qmd files by replacing slides themes and adjusting background-image paths. This ensures a consistent look-and-feel with updated assets (e.g., using '../assets/use-cases.scss' and updated digital theme backgrounds).
  • Refinement of labeling and nomenclature (e.g., replacing "Ongoing compliance" with "Continuous compliance" and clarifying terminology for risk levels and approval processes).
  • Enhancements to the content layout with more complex column structures in the markdown content to better display images, videos, and tables that explain risk classification, audit evidence, dashboards, and workflows. For instance, new columns are added in sections on implementation guides, dashboards, periodic reviews, and risk classification.
  • Improvement of visual asset references by updating image paths, alt texts, and embedding multimedia content (videos) to provide a richer and more interactive user experience in the training modules.
  • Updates to the structure of risk classification workflow documentation with clearer step-by-step instructions and enhanced UI elements including condition branches and multi-step approval configurations.

Overall, the PR focuses on enhancing user experience and clarity in the training modules, with an improved design that better aligns with the updated use cases and compliance requirements.

Test Suggestions

  • Manually verify that all updated image and video asset paths load correctly across modules.
  • Check that the new column layouts and multi-column sections render as expected on various screen sizes and browsers.
  • Confirm that theme changes are consistently applied across all training modules and slides.
  • Test the functionality of updated hyperlinks and navigation buttons (e.g., risk classification workflow image enlargement, and embedded links in tables).
  • Review the updated content for proper formatting and readability in the presentation mode.
