Summary

Adds the banner.svg image that the README references but was missing.

The banner shows:

  • Left panel: messy locked-in Tailwind code (BEFORE) with red highlighted layout classes
  • Center: /ui-restructure arrow command label
  • Right panel: clean stripped logic-only code (AFTER) in green
  • Hero text: skill name + tagline
  • Bottom: tool compatibility badges (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, GitHub Copilot)

Dark background (#0A0A0A), purple accent (#6366F1), renders correctly on GitHub.

Test plan

  • Banner visible at top of README on repo front page
  • SVG renders correctly (no broken image icon)
