This repository collects a series of example scripts and input files for the Open System for Earthquake Engineering Simulation (OpenSees). The aim is to support learning, experimentation, and reproducibility in structural and geotechnical engineering simulations.
- Installation script for Debian GNU/Linux and Ubuntu. Tested on Debian GNU/Linux 12 Bookworm and Ubuntu 24.04.
- OpenSees installed on your system
- TCL interpreter (for
.tclscripts) - Python (for examples using OpenSeesPy)
Clone the repository and run any example with OpenSees or OpenSeesPy:
