Two new endpoints, verified post-deploy:

• GET /api/agent-query/{server-slug} — returns HTTP 402 (with payment quote) to unpaid callers; returns structured trust verdict to callers presenting valid HMAC proof
• GET /api/payment-info — machine-readable payment rail spec for agents
