- Add blog-to-basehub.yml workflow for automatic draft creation
- Move tutorial to blog/ directory in MDX format with frontmatter
- Add blog/README.md with setup instructions

The workflow automatically syncs blog posts to Basehub CMS as drafts when
pushed to main. Requires BASEHUB_TOKEN and BASEHUB_REPO secrets.

Supports:
- Automatic detection of changed blog files
- Manual trigger with specific file option
- Force update mode for existing drafts
