Caskclass that seems a lot easier to use, but forces json serializationmoved everything to
uvhappy to argue the value of each half separately
Some issues:
uv wont install in python < 3.9
pytest will fail running the tests when run on github
nose will fail to run with any version of python > 3.9
tests and lint were not running with the previous workflow.
how should we move this forward? uv+pytest and test in modern python only?
