Most code has been removed from this repository and now resides in
sdk-library. The majority of it applies to both our SDK repos and this creates a single point of maintenance and allows improvements to be pushed out to both repos with much less work.Going forward, it should typically only be necessary to bump the sdk-library version to create a new release with bugfixes improvements etc.
The recommended method of running the upgrade script has changed and this is reflected in the README.

BREAKING CHANGE: This won't actually build until the new version of sdk-library is in and the version here is updated, as this library now contains the single set of end to end tests used by all the repos. There shouldn't be any breaking changes from the point of view of a user though.
