Added a Docker and CWL files to extract FASTA and FASTQ from HDF5 files using the program DEXTRACTOR (https://github.com/thegenemyers/DEXTRACTOR). This is the first step in PacBio data based assembly pipeline.

A python wrapper for OrthoMCL

The release offers a user friendly python wrapper for OrthoMCL pipeline. The script orthoMcl.py runs stand-alone or using Common Workflow Language (CWL) orthomcl.cwl description. Cwl description pulls pakorhon/orthomcl docker container. The script is dependent on MySQL database and currently runs either with MySQL container mysql:5.7.19 or server installation of 5.6.29.
