Milestone 2 built upon the progress of Milestone 1, improving the integration of Joern by adding onto the capabilities of the JSON file, improving the functionality of the Parser, additionally the first phase of the LayoutManager and relationship arrows being drawn into the GUI.
This milestone additionally covered the writing of the progress report.
