Left some junk in the exception handling in the last push. I put line number correction and a deeper stack trace in the exception handler.
Create LICENSE
- Py3 defaults to utf-8 strings, so text mode for blobs is unacceptable (invalid utf-8 glyph errors)
- fix missing module reporting for `markdown` import - set filetype to `ft=markdown` appropriately when opening post/page
