Set up GitHub Actions workflow to automatically build and test ImpactForce simulations using Basilisk C compiler. The workflow: - Installs required system dependencies - Builds Basilisk from local source with caching - Compiles Bdropimpact.c and Jetandpressure.c - Uploads compiled binaries as artifacts
