ImpactForce repo contains only simulation files, not Basilisk source. Updated workflow to: - Download Basilisk tarball from basilisk.fr - Remove src/ from path triggers (doesn't exist in this repo) - Use static cache key instead of hashFiles on non-existent src/ This matches Option A from the CI debugging recommendations.
