Oh, python 3.13 emit the following deprecation:

DeprecationWarning: ast.Str is deprecated and will be removed in Python 3.14; use ast.Constant instead

And python 3.14 removed it, so a bigger change is needed.
Closing this PR - will re-open once I'll have a fix
